Chalo is our boldest roast, named after the eldest sibling who lovingly guides our family coffee farm in Guatemala. With deep roots and steady hands, they nurture every part of the growing process. This dark roast mirrors that care, offering rich notes of cloves and molasses that linger long after your last sip. It’s a coffee full of warmth and strength—one you can always count on.
